About Slime & Co

Slime & Co is an independent website about slime, homemade dough, squishies and fidgets: recipes explained step by step, free tools and safety tips for families. The site doesn’t sell any products and isn’t affiliated with any brand.

Who publishes the site?

The site is published by Christelle Chocho, a sole proprietor registered in France (see the legal notice). Content is signed “the Slime & Co editorial team” and published under her responsibility.

How we choose and write the recipes

• The amounts come from recipes published by identified sources (mainly Little Bins for Little Hands, an educational website focused on science activities for kids), credited at the bottom of each page with the date we checked them.
• In this English edition, amounts are given in US cups and spoons first, with milliliters in parentheses (1 cup = 240 ml, 1 tablespoon = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon = 5 ml), and ingredients are named generically, the way you’ll find them on store shelves. Any change from the original recipe is pointed out in the recipe.
• Our safety rules are based on guidance from French public health and consumer safety authorities (ANSES, the DGCCRF and Santé publique France) and on European Union rules. We never offer recipes made with borax powder or laundry detergent.
• We don’t show photos of our own creations: the photos are credited stock images (Unsplash), and the drawings are original illustrations.
• Our texts are written with the help of artificial intelligence tools, then checked against their sources before publication; any text that doesn’t pass these checks isn’t published.
• Spotted a mistake? Email us at contact@prozissimo.com: every report is checked, and the page is corrected if needed.

Who is the site for?

Families: the recipes are written for kids to make with an adult, who handles the tricky steps (activator, hot water, cooking). The ages given are guidelines, to adjust for each child.

Tools, logbook and daily challenge

The tools (Slime Quantity Calculator, Slime Fixer, Slime Idea Generator, Fair Trade Calculator) run entirely in your browser: nothing you type into them is sent to us. The Slimer’s Logbook and your Daily Slime Challenge streak are saved only on your device (your browser’s local storage); no account is ever created. You can erase them at any time from the logbook.

Advertising and analytics

No ads are shown at the moment. If ads are turned on, this page will be updated and you’ll be asked for your consent before your data is used for advertising in any way.

Analytics (Google Analytics) only load if you choose “Allow analytics.” Without your consent, the analytics tag isn’t loaded. Your choice is kept for six months in this browser; you can change it at any time with “My privacy choices” at the bottom of the page. Saying no still leaves the whole site available to you.

Slime & Co is published in France. This page is a translation: if it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
